ONE DISCTRICT, TWO IMPORTANT FOCUSES
ECOMONDO WATER
It embodies the theme of the sustainable use of water resources within the urban and industrial cycle. An area dedicated to all phases of the integrated water service and cycle, from saving, monitoring, purification to circular reuse.
Ecomondo Water Cycle is a point of reference for companies, public administrations and consortia whose activities are focused on water in all its aspects.
BLUE ECONOMY
It valorizes the technologies related to ports, shores and coastal activities, cleanup and regeneration of the hydrosphere, fishing, aquaculture and marine biotechnology and desalination of seawater.
This project focuses on Identification and sharing of best practices in knowledge transfer and innovation.
Ecomondo is the key event in Europe and the Mediterranean basin for technologies, services and industrial solutions in the green and circular economy sectors.
It enhances the water resource in an increasingly in-depth and vertical way, both in terms of the industries involved and the content, with two initiatives:
>> WATER CYCLE
>> BLUE ECONOMY
In response to the growing demand from companies engaged in these two sectors, Ecomondo opens two new temporary halls and sets up a district dedicated to water.
Identification and sharing of best practices in knowledge transfer and innovation through organization of events, focusing on the role of academia to foster cooperation between public and private players.
